Return & Exchange Policy
• Product(s) can be exchanged/returned to our Warehouse within the 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing should be in its original condition with invoice attached. Products bought on sale are NOT eligible for exchange. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings therefore products are not eligible for exchange for this particular reason. Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the description.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Bangladesh)
• We do not offer Return and Exchange on any our orders. In case of any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to the customer.
• The customer should notify discrepancy within 14-16 days of the online order being delivered. Amal's boutique will not cater any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.
• The current exchange rate will be applied on the refund of the items.
• If the item that is being returned happens to go on sale then the compensation will be determined based on the current discounted price rather than the original purchase price.
• Amal's boutique monitors return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at Amal's boutique online and offline stores in all instances.
